The Sisterhood is an integral arm of Israel Center of Conservative Judaism, comprised of women who epitomize the voice and strength of the modern Jewish woman.

Sisterhood provides a venue through which the creativity, talent, and leadership capabilities of our women can realize their full potential.  Through our programs, which benefit the temple and serve the community at large, bonds of camaraderie are formed which instill long lasting friendships. Those relationships enable our members to grow and flourish in a warm Jewish atmosphere of belonging and caring.

SEPTEMBER 11th – 9/11 Memorial Program – 7:45pm

SEPTEMBER 13th – The Senior Theatre Acting Repertory (Dramatic Scenes from Classic Plays) – 8:00pm – reservations required

OCTOBER  4th – Dinner in the Sukkah – 6:30pm (men, women & children invited) reservations required

OCTOBER 12th/13th – Congregation Shabbaton – Topic: Domestic Violence – America’s Silent Epidemic – Friday evening dinner (reservations required) speaker on Friday night and speaker Shabbat afternoon

OCTOBER 22nd – Dinner honoring immediate past Sisterhood Co-Presidents – 6:30pm (reservations required) spouses invited – $25.00 per person

NOVEMBER 12th – Paid-Up Membership Meeting – “Fashion Show with Dress Barn” – reservations required – 8:OO pm
